Step 01
Initial consultation
Project intake by phone, email, or site visit. We talk through scope, location, and timeline before any commitments get made on either side.
Step 02
Diagnostic assessment
On-site evaluation of existing conditions. Findings, photographs, and recommendations all go in writing — memory is fine, but documentation is better.
Step 03
Scope & estimate
A written estimate covering labor, materials, milestones, and total project cost. You'll know what the job costs before any tools come out of the truck.
Step 04
Execution & closeout
Work performed to documented scope, with a final walkthrough and warranty documentation before the invoice goes out. If something isn't right, I come back.
